True Women's Health

Co-founded by Dr. Diana Bitner, true. Women's Health provides world-class personalized healthcare for women. We want to do better for women's health. We believe that too many women suffer the symptoms of midlife and menopause unnecessarily. Body changes in this stage of life can be confusing and women deserve to know why they are having symptoms, what can be done to help, and which options for treatment are safe and medically proven. If you've ever thought, "I just don't feel like myself," we understand and have solutions that can get you back to feeling like yourself again. All women deserve to age without preventable illness and without symptoms that don't make sense.

April is sexual assault awareness month, and we want to take the time to recognize survivors and honor them by engaging in the conversation around sexual assault.

According to RAINN, the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization, one out of six American women has been the victim of an attempted or completed rape in their lifetime. At true. Women's Health, we want you to know that we believe you, and we are here to support you. You are not what happened to you. 💙

Some women are intimidated by the weights in the gym, but Dr. Bitner and her guest, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, Mitch Shooks with the GRIP Center, are gearing up to share a practical plan with you for maintaining your muscle!

Look and feel your best this summer! Join Dr. Bitner and Mitch Shooks on Wednesday, April 14th at 7 PM.
