Nichole is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience. She brings a calm, thoughtful approach to care and a deep commitment to helping patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions. Her background in comprehensive primary care and long-term patient relationships makes her a natural fit for the personalized, whole-woman care model we have here at true.
A Strong Foundation in Whole-Person Primary Care
Nichole began her nursing career in rehabilitation medicine, caring for patients recovering from complex neurological and physical injuries. That experience shaped her team-based, whole-person approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand how health challenges affect daily life over time.
After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Oakland University and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011, Nichole transitioned into family practice. For more than a decade, she has provided comprehensive primary care for a large and diverse patient population, supporting preventive care, acute concerns, and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
Focused on Metabolic Health, Weight & Preventive Care
At true., Nichole’s clinical focus includes metabolic health, weight management, and prevention-focused primary care, with a growing emphasis on supporting women through midlife health changes. She is an active member of The Menopause Society and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Menopause Practitioner, reflecting her commitment to ongoing education and evidence-based care.
Nichole regularly pursues continuing education in endocrinology, hormone health, and lifestyle-based medicine, which are key pillars of the true. Women’s Health approach. She also has additional training in dermatologic procedures and aesthetic treatments, always grounded in helping women feel comfortable, confident, and supported in their own skin.
