Weight Journey+ is designed to help you reach and maintain your healthiest weight by addressing the whole you: hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, and mindset. It’s not a quick fix—it’s a personalized, sustainable approach that helps you understand your body and make changes that last.

Your journey begins with your intake form, which helps us get to know you—your health history, lifestyle, and goals. This is the foundation of your personalized Weight Journey+ program path. You will receive a text from our team with a link to complete your intake form.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Here’s what to expect:


  • A Patient Coordinator will reach out.
    They’ll help confirm that Weight Journey+ is the right program for you, answer initial questions, and guide next steps.

  • We’ll schedule your virtual provider visit.
    These visits are longer and more comprehensive than traditional appointments, allowing time to review your history, goals, and treatment options.

  • Ongoing support is part of the program.
    Weight Journey+ is not a one-time visit—it’s ongoing care, communication, and follow-up.
  • There’s no need to call the office unless something is urgent.

"WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM SOMEONE?"

Most patients hear from a Patient Coordinator within 1–2 business days.
If your form was submitted on a weekend or holiday, expect a follow-up on the next business day.

What Weight Journey+ Is (and Isn’t)

A few important things to know:

  • Weight Journey+ is a complimentary program and an extension of your OB/GYN care.
  • It is not insurance-based.
  • We do not dispense medications directly. When appropriate, prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy, and our team works with your insurance to identify coverage.
  • Weight Journey+ focuses on sustainable, medically guided care, not quick fixes.
  • This program does not replace routine OB/GYN care.
