Meet Dr. Diana Bitner

Dr. Diana Bitner is a nationally recognized leader in women’s midlife and menopause care, with three decades of experience as a board-certified OB/GYN. As the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of true. Women’s Health®, she has redefined what it means to deliver whole-person care to women navigating midlife, menopause, and beyond.

Dr. Bitner is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), named Menopause Practitioner of the Year in 2015. She has received specialized training through the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH). She is a contributing author and advisor for Prosayla, a trusted source of women’s sexual health information supported by ISSWSH. Dr. Bitner has authored numerous peer-reviewed studies and is the creator of the W*A*I* Pointes® framework, a holistic approach to helping women set and achieve personal health goals in ten key areas of wellness.

A passionate educator and speaker, Dr. Bitner frequently appears on media platforms such as The Drew Barrymore Show and Grand Rapids-based Fox 17’s Women’s Health segment, where she advocates for evidence-based menopause care and demystifies common myths about hormone therapy and healthy aging. She also works to raise awareness around menopause in the workplace and supports initiatives that empower women to stay active, independent, and informed at every stage of life.

Dr. Bitner earned her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She is the author of the nationally acclaimed book I Want to Age Like That—Healthy Aging Through Midlife and Menopause, a practical and empowering guide for women looking to thrive through hormonal transitions and beyond.
